Starting in Wisconsin, and continuing on for 123 years, hosiery has been our manufacturing focus. Osage, Iowa became home in 1971. Today, our 250,000 square foot facility (over 5 acres) houses all the operations for the manufacturing of outdoor, sport, work and lifestyle socks. 

North59 Outdoors is excited to offer "U-PIK PLANOGRAMS." These user-friendly plans assist our retailer partners with a variety of pre-designed assortments. Our catalog of selections enable retail partners to easily decide on the space, depth and product heartbeat of their collections, and presentations.

In 1992 Fox River Mills purchased Nelson Knitting. With that acquisition, we acquired one of the world's most famous socks ~ the Original Rockford Red Heel® Monkey Sock. This sock has provided decades of enjoyment for consumers across the globe.
